Emails with the details regarding drop-off times and payments for families participating in the 2023 Santa Deliveries were sent from santa@madisonhoseco1.com to everyone who registered on the Madison Hose Company website. If you registered and did not receive an email please see the important information below:

Payment 
The cost is $25 per gift.  You may pay by Venmo or check when you drop off your gifts at the firehouse or you can pay with PayPal by visiting our website: https://www.madisonhoseco1.com/content/donate/ .  If you are paying by check, please make checks payable to Madison Hose Company # 1 with the note Santa.  Thank you if you have already made your payment. 

Wrapping & Labeling
Gifts must be wrapped and labeled with your child’s name(s) and the delivery address for easy identification.  * We strongly encourage you to use the same wrapping paper for each gift that will be delivered at your stop if possible - this will make identification easier for Santa's helpers on the big day. 

* * * Drop Off Schedule for Sunday 12/10 Deliveries:
Please drop off for the gifts that Santa will deliver to your loved ones and your payment at the fire station at 665 Boston Post Road, Madison, on Saturday December 9th between 8am and 12pm.  

* * * Drop Off Schedule for Sunday 12/17 Deliveries:
Please drop off for the gifts that Santa will deliver to your loved ones and your payment at the fire station at 665 Boston Post Road, Madison, on Saturday December 16th between 8am and 12pm.

The Big Day
We will call you approximately 10 minutes before we arrive so you can be ready to head out to meet us.  Please have everything you need for Santa’s visit ready to go before we call.  This will help us make sure we can make all deliveries scheduled for this time block.

Please be aware that Santa’s helpers will be using their personal mobile phones that day to call you from the fire truck (You will not recognize the number calling you but we promise it is not someone calling you about your car’s warranty), please answer the call. 

Each visit we make is unique, and the duration to complete our mission will vary.  As such, we are unable to provide you with a more exact time of arrival for that day.
